We process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your products to reach you, may vary. If you need to return an order, please contact us within 14 days after delivery. We offer exchanges only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
